All of Korg’s equipment is manufactured from the finest materials and they are designed to give a long and reliable service whether they are to be used in a home studio or in front of thousands of people on a world tour. However even the best product sometimes need attention and we offer the opportunity to get all your problems dealt with in one place.
As your Contract of Sale is with your Korg Dealer, servicing of Korg products under warranty must be arranged through the dealer from whom the Korg product was purchased. They will then arrange for your product to be returned to Korg ME and serviced by the Korg service department. Every effort will be made to ensure the fastest possible repair time. Where product is returned to Korg Middle East under warranty, a warranty claim cannot be considered or accepted until the Korg service department has first inspected the product.
Here at Korg Middle East, we have the only Korg endorsed service department, manned by a group of engineers with a depth of experience on Korg equipment unavailable anywhere else in the country. On top of this we have a well-equipped service department allowing us to fault find to component level and of course access to a spares department with nearly four thousand spare parts. This means that we are able to find and correct faults quicker than anybody else, keeping the costs down to you, the musician.
